AlloMedic wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you wish to return or exchange an item, we will be happy to do so within the timeframe below. This is part of AlloMedic’s satisfaction guarantee.

The return of defective products

You can return the goods if you find them defective due to a flaw in material or workmanship, provided that your request is made within 5 days of receipt.

Return period:

  • For all products: 5 days after the date of purchase.
  • Any claim for a missing, defective or non-functional item must be made within 5 days of receipt of the goods

All returned products must be in new condition, in their original packaging and with all accessories and manuals that accompany them.

Returned goods must be inspected by an AlloMedic advisor before being refunded.

AlloMedic reserves the right to charge for missing, damaged items.

Returns must be made with the original invoice.

Refunds will be made using the same method of payment used for the purchase.

You can return an item for exchange by visiting the AlloMedic store online.

Return policies

Once we have received your return package, we will check if it does not contain the product(s). Once the product (s) have passed the inspection phase, a refund will be made in accordance with our revocation and return policy. A credit will be made after a few days on your credit card or via the payment method used when placing your order. After the refund, you will receive a confirmation by email.

Deferred or Missed Refund: If you still have not received your refund, please first check your bank account again as there may be delays in your bank. Please contact your credit card agency or the agency responsible for other payment methods (PayPal). There may be delays in posting the amount to your account.

Please also contact your bank. There are often delays in the effective implementation of the reimbursement. If, after completing all the steps above, the refund is still not visible on your account and you have not yet been refunded, please contact us in writing or by phone.

Once we have received and reviewed the returned product, we will process your refund and send you a confirmation email.
